I see no problems with it, a good honest piece. The carying case is in good shape, most times the leather handle is gone or the strap is missing.
 
Looks good to me, a bit worn, spike is obviously bent forward and the top of the dome is pushed in a bit. Could use a cleaning to see how much of the gilding is really gone, hard to tell from the photos... so Ron may be right.
