Yellow helmet fittings - Baden LGR 109 from 1867 to 1870/71 or 1885?

Dear collector friends,
I have just read in the “Mitteilung zur Geschichte der Militärischen Tracht” that the helmet of the LGR 109 had yellow fittings in the period from 1867 to 1885. However, in Knötel's “Uniformenkunde” it is written that this was the case in the period from 1867 to 1870/71. Unfortunately I couldn't find any further information, e.g. newspaper articles or decrees about this.
Does anyone of you have any further information on this? I would be interested in the exact period and the reason for the color change.
At Knötel I could only read that the uniform buttons were changed to yellow in 1867 and therefore the fitting color was adjusted to this. In 1870/71 the fitting color was then changed back to white, adapted to the color of the officers' embroidery.
It would be cool if someone had photos of helmets from this period.
I look forward to your comments.

Hello Sandy,
I'm going to look into the matter...
The problem is that in the black and white photos of the time, you can't tell the brass from the nickel silver.

Thank you Thierry. But I didn't just mean old photos, but also photos from collectors or museums of (stamped?) helmets with yellow fittings.

I have now read in the book “Die Deutsche Infanterie” that the change of the fitting color had to do with the integration into the Prussian army and the yellow fittings were worn until an AKO from 11. June 1885. Then the LGR109 was allowed to wear the star of the Baden House Order and the color of the fittings was changed back to silver, bringing it closer to the uniform of the 1.GRzF.
But further information would be very welcome :)

--- ‘It was in 1856 that the Grand Duke of Baden granted nickel silver fittings to his Leib-Garde-Regiment.
---In 1867, the 6 Baden regiments were equipped ‘Prussian style’, and all had brass (gold) fittings.
---It was on 11 June 1885 that the Grand Duke granted a distinctive helmet to his Leib-Grenadier-Regiment N°109 (since 1871) Silver trimmings, Garde-Griffon mit Garde-Stern badoise.
The oldest item I have on this subject is an M1887 nickel silver chinstrap on a helmet M95 of the LGR109 mobilised in 1914. 109RJR M95 Jug M87 de service.JPG
