Just my observations: If this is supposed to be a M-15 Bluse, it obviously shouldn't have buttons down the front (M-10 crown buttons at that). If it is a M-10 with a simplified cuff, it shouldn't have the green Bluse collar and should be piped down the front and on the rear scallops. What does it look like inside and on the rear of the jacket.
