I went to a lot of trouble to make anything out of it.It was difficult to get the shape right.
You have restored it beautifully.A piece of good work you have done! I see that restoration is our hobby.Slightly off topic - but I love bringing things back to life. I have a 1938 Mills Zephyr jukebox that plays 78rpm records. When I got it it had horrible paint on it, the veneer was all cracked and in bad shape and one of the motors was in pieces. Luckily the amplifier had been re-done. I never thought to take "before" pictures at the time.
I got it going again and when the first record played (Bing Crosby - one of my wife's favourite singers) it was a great moment.
Here is what it looks like now and it plays / sounds great. It has a crazy ferris wheel / carousel for the records.
Cheers.
