HR Husaren-Regiment (Pommersches) №5

When one only collects fieldgrey items and gets to see sutch a wonderfull atilla all it dus is giving you a big hartbeat only by looking at it !!

I myself will not be able to help out but sure would like to see more detailed pictures of it ... just for drooling purpose 🤣🤣🤣

Dear colleagues! Does anyone have shoulder straps of this regiment in their collection? I would really like to see a photo. Thanks!
Do you own this Attila ?
H R 5 Friedensrock ( peace time Waffenrock )
I would think the straps would be the old color of the Attila for the underlay
with the number 5 on the straps.
Do you have a photo of the straps that are now on the Attila ?
Steve

Unfortunately, this is not my attila. Photos from the Internet. It's atilla to the field uniform, I think. I've never seen HR5 shoulder straps. This attila has these shoulder straps - sorry I have only a bad photo

Regards, Reingold

In 2010, the building underwent a major renovation worth USD 4,500,000 and now looks just like in the photos.

The Kaserne is very nice restored. Is the Monument still in Stolp?

I have the Regimental histories of this Regiment. The 1909, and the WWI version.

I checked for my H R 5 officers strap
The only example that I have does not have the number 5
It is an example before numbers were used on H R officers straps
from left to right
H R 3 ; H R 4 ; H R 5; H R 6 and H R 7
the strap does have the special underlay color of H R 5
the strap was from the collection of the late Christian Zentner
He always put an I D tag on the back of his straps H R 3 4 5 6 7.JPG

Thank you very much, Steve!!!
As I understand its a correct shoulder-strap for the attila.

Unfortunately I can only show you a non-commissioned officer from Regiment 5. The jacket is hanging on the wall due to lack of space. A shame. In a picture I show the color difference to Regiment 3 von Zieten.
