The cape is a rare bird. Field Officer Grade. The Side cap, I believe is an Infantry NCO's cap, could be an officers. Both are Minty fresh examples. I've never seen the Cape and hood. It could be 1920's, But I'm not sure.
Yup. They're from a fireman's Helm. But, for now, they'll do. The scales were the hard part.
