To clean the adler I used dishwashing liquid mixed with a chemical used to clean the facades of buildings.
I will clean all the fittings so that they match in colour.Only first I have to repair the pickelhaube.Very impressive, do you plan on doing this to all the fittings or is this plate by itself?
Thank you Sandy for your feedback.Have a great day.Although I would use as less chemicals as possible, the result looks great
Interesting. Do you dilute the lemon juice, or mix it with anything?Nice! You also get the exact same result with, simply, lemon juice (not as good for cleaning building facades though).
Use it straight, from freshly squeezed lemons (not the bottled juice you buy at the store). Use a very soft toothbrush. Rinse liberally with tap water. It makes wonders, and respects the finish 100%. Ideal if you are cleaning mat silvered or gilt plates, for instance.Interesting. Do you dilute the lemon juice, or mix it with anything?
Naprawiacz: Out of curiousity, what is the name of the building -cleaning chemical?
It is an alkaline agent with a stronger action than lemon. It reacts with strong dirt.https://allegro.pl/oferta/tenzi-apc..._unit_id=16436118-956a-4034-8027-cebc442ac16aInteresting. Do you dilute the lemon juice, or mix it with anything?
