I have noticed that in some auctions on eBay is declared :" Items sold abroad are subject to a 5% fee." Who is to pay that fees ? Seller or buyer ? Thank you for your help.

When you state in your auction " buy it now" there are no fees for ebay - as far as I´ve understood from the conditions of ebay
