Well spotted. I didn't notice the missing umlaut on the bandeau.

And a further comment on the Beampten Wappen; I think the small silver Adler often seen on these Wappens was introduced in 1905 making this one earlier than that.

You're right, but when an official was promoted to the senior rank, the small eagle emblem was removed.
