Several years ago I bought my first pickelhaube and I was immediatly infected by the haubevirus...

Really. That is a very nice cork example Karel. A cork example is the last Ersatz I need from my amazingly greedy list of wanted helmets...

Very nice Karel. Have a close look, I think you will find it is felt, not cork.

Tony, It is really hard material we see on the inside an it is actually difficult to define wether it's cork or felt. Looking at the fibers it seemed to me that it's shredded and pressed cork but it's always possible that I'm wrong...
Anyway I like this helmet verry much :)
 
This Sachsen Tschako M15 is still in good condition, but missing the cokarden... If someone can help me find them, I would be very grateful...

Thank you very much for responding.
These are the right cokarden, only... they are not the right color. The ones I need are the reichscocarde (Black-white-red) and the Sachsen (white-green-white).
