Finished. Managed to repair the box. Had all 32 plates scanned in high resolution.

On the 1901 original: I'm exercising my poor eyes on these photographs of plates where errata had been executed. With scissors and glue! Please: do check the VI. Armee Korps-Breslau plate!!! And it seems that there was quiet a lot to do with the corrections. I have many more plates to check.

I asked this seller if he would ship to the USA and he said he couldn't change the listing but said he would sell it to me for 1000 Euros. I politely told him he would never get that for a copy of the reprint and offered him something more realistic. Looks like I was correct it sold for 252 euros; I love it.

I'm so happy to hear that you got it, at least if I didn't get it someone I respect and like did. That makes it easier to except. ✌️
 
Well guy's, today I got lucky! I also managed to buy the 1984 edition of this magnificent book, and complete with all plates, and in its box, which is in good condition too!
I was looking for a good example for quite a while, and finally found one. And at a reasonable price too, 200€ !

It's a great set of prints. I had planned on trying to have a frame made so I could change the print but never have gotten around to it.

Hopefully someday that would be really wonderful to be able to change the print every couple of months without damage and with the cost of only a single frame.
