Personally, I’m not keen on felts, but I know others are, so I’m posting this link which I came across by chance. I have no opinion about authenticity or price. I see nothing wrong with this piece. Liner and cord are correct. The colour and gauge of thread are also proper. 👍
 
In my humble opinion i see a red flag. The grifon badge of Baden is mounted too high above the bottom seem. It could be a reassembly.
