I see nothing wrong with this piece. Liner and cord are correct. The colour and gauge of thread are also proper.

In my humble opinion i see a red flag. The grifon badge of Baden is mounted too high above the bottom seem. It could be a reassembly.

Having looked at others you may be right. It seems to fit the felt so well though in its defence.
