New in my Private Collection and at least on of my first Bavarian Raupenhelm - M1874 1.T.B. with a lot of markings inside... one pic ups from a lot, i will show you some more

Nice Raupenhelm, however, Brian is correct a Train batl helmet. Artillery would have brass bands on the shell like this.

Maybe an Arty in the early years and a Train later. The holes seem to have been plugged at the time.
