I get along fine with the local police, as long as they don't stop me for not wearing a seat belt, then I may spend some time in the slammer. I ran into our local judge at a party on new years, I asked him if it would be bribry if I gave him money then as I was not standing before him, we decieded that it would be more of insurance, but I was not real clear on what kind judgement it would insure. We have a great community here, everybody watches out for each other.
