Canteen Question

I am looking at a couple of canteens on Ebay:

The first one is French, and there is little question about that, but where does the second one come from?
My main collecting thrust is between 1860 and 1871. I have seen this type of canteen before but I can't remember where.
I also can't seem to find it in my research material. Maybe it's an age thing.
Does anybody know what country the second canteen is from? Initially I thought it may be from Russia or Bulgaria. I doubt that it is German, unless it comes from a smaller German State or Duchy.

Thanks Tony. Yes, I got some info off of your website on a Bavarian canteen and a Prussian one. I have a Prussian canteen but it is in bad shape. It may have been repaired in the field but it has a rawhide base on the glass bottle. I can get a photo if you want.
Anyway, I know I have seen the type of canteen this guy is selling --- I just can't remember where.
I suppose it could be German; from Saxony, Wuerttemberg, Bremen, etc. I just can't remember.

The blue wool one? I cannot recall light blue wool on any German equipment.

I just checked both volumes of Pietsch and they only show the patterns you know of.
