I was once criticized in the annals of this forum for having a "paranoia about the 'theft' of photos." Quite to the contrary, I really don't view stealing and fraud as anything other than crimes that customarily land the malefactor in hot water.

For those who question the harm when pictures are lifted from Kaiser's Bunker or Colonel J's, this is my reply:

If I (or anyone) ordered item GM-2070 from G Militaria Handicrafts, what do you suppose would actually be dispatched? Where's the harm? You tell me.

The cease and desist mandate will go out ASAP. Furthermore, I encourage the membership of this forum to peruse G Militaria Handicrafts' catalogue thoroughly. The next item you see might be your own.

Beyond Caveat Emptor, all that can be done is threaten GMH with the wrath of the Attorney General of the United States and charges of wire fraud/Internet fraud.

In the future I will simply copyright or watermark my pictures. Won't that look attractive?

The only place wherein my photograph was published was an Internet collector forum. As proof of my allegation, I encourage you to examine closely the following:

Actually, a few of my items are on this site, including some CEF tunics. I have gone so far as to write a formal letter to the Indian ambassador in Ottawa as well as to this company. The result? My photos are still there. They just don't care.

You might have achieved something after all. Your pictures are still there, but none of the contact, order, exchange rates, etc. pages are working.

"Replicaters" appear to be dead in the water.

It is to add further we are specialist in die Work & consider any item offer to us.it is requested Once must give us a chance to serve you.as we want Business relation with you. Please donot annoy.

I am back from Canada's North!

Early on in developing my parts business, I regret to say that I have dealt with this creature in his guise as Medieval Steelcraft. His name is G.S. Garg.

He still has a number of my prototypes.
