I see the seller has changed the pictures for his eBay listing. Gone is the Train Abteilung helmet (replaced by the pictures you posted). This might have been an honest mistake. I think the Wappen on the newly pictured helmet could be the same as the subject of the individual close-ups for one reason. The head of the small Adler on the royal sceptre has the same odd downward bend.
Now, here's a comparison that may, or may not, help. I photographed a Wappen in my collection, and borrowed the eBay seller's pictures, cropping them accordingly, so we can make a point by point analysis.
I stand by my original impression. Given the proportion and the spacing of the lettering, breast feathers, and other factors, I believe the eBay Wappen is an original Preußen Tschapka Offizier Wappen with an add on Waterloo Bandau for a Pickelhaube conversion.
I would not buy it.
