Recently picked up the 18 DR example. It is very similar to one I had for the 13 UR. The 2 men were born within a month of each other. The disks are exactly the same size and shape and contain the same information.

Looking at the list, there were 83 men killed, wounded or captured on Sept 25, 1915 in Pogost. Does anyone know if the Regiment was involved in a major action that day?

I have the Regimental History in pdf.
-Deployed dismounted. Defence of the village op Pogost. During a heavy Russian Cavalry attack the 2nd Eskadron was overrun while pulling back to the horses. Most fell, others became POW. Severe losses.
2nd and 4th Eskadron were completely routed. Regimentsgeschichte quotes these two units "now just existed by their name"...pages 151-156.
