Is it real?

Im here yet again for help, ive found this felt pickelhaube on auction and wondered if its real or fake, the owner claims the shell, frontplate and the part where the spike is attached is real but cockades and chinstraps are probably a replica. But i want further help indentifying it. And if its any help he got it from someone

To my eyes, the liner is a reproduction, the colour is wrong, originals are black. The original liners are all stitched directly to the shell, this one seems to be stitched to a band of some kind.
 
The lining is painted with stain to age the leather.This method is most often used by the Chinese.The helmet itself is probably of Ukrainian or Belarusian manufacture.
