Joe Robinson Depot Marks

Thank you for that!!
Would it be possible too, to save all the long list with all the examples collected by our members? I am meaning the long list of unit stamps with picts of neckguards for infantery and the second list for artillery, pioneer, cavalry and other small troups?

Thank you James, for sharing it with us, and most of all, thanks Col. Joe for doing all the hard work compiling this!
Just like the makers marks, I printed it all for my reference basis. Thank you both for sharing it! :) 👍 👍

Now I am a bit confused....there are two lists that were created over the years by Col. Joes site and this one. First there was a list of makers stamps.....manufacturers. Then a second list showing Regimental stamps and Korps stamps from government issued helmets. Most of these were contributed by members of this forum. Before our recent site upgrade we had links from here to these lists on Joe’s site. I know James uploaded all that was given to us...is there a problem ?

Hi Brian,
The second list only contains the Korps stamps, not the regimental stamps, which was a very nice and extensive list as well.
Regards,
Lars

I believe a list with regimental marks doesn‘t exist on the site of Col. J. I remember only makers and depots marks. Or have I missed it?

I hope so too! I didn't print them out, as they are not in pdf.
I can print them, but don't know yet how it will look.

If one of our members with more computer expertise can help James out here with these two lists to make them more easily accessed please contact him.

Not a specialist....I tried. The text can be copied in a Word document. Then the pictures have to be copy-pasted one by one. I had to adjust the margins in the Word document. Dont know how many pages/pics...Loads of them....Then it must be possible-via Print-to convert it into a pdf file...Sure there must be somekind of a faster/simpler way.

Welp, managed to convert both threads to PDF but they are mind-bogglingly enormous (8.6 and 2.8 MB respectively). Too big to attach as a forum post (for me, anyway). PM'ed James - not sure if we can somehow finesse them onto the site. Fingers crossed...
