Stamp is: K.B.A.G 1918 f. (Kriegsbekleidungsamt der Garde, 1918, feldbrauchbar = service able). The date could also be 1915 or 1916!

Thanks Tony, I must be a little slow this weekend. I knew about the Einjahrfreiwilligen rank (I have an einjahrfreiwilligen 14th HR attila) but failed to do the mental translation to English and then an acronym. Doh!!
