Here is a photo of the FR90, which is interesting because among the enlisted soldiers with their M97 helmets and Waffenrocks are a few reservists or Wehrmanns wearing M71/91 helmets with tulip tips and carrying a Litewska .

Here's an M68, modified M71 (with rear spine). The small ball at the top is fixed, so it's an FR90. The GR89s have this little ball that can be unscrewed to screw in the Haarbusch. The tuliped tip is then used as a trichter.
