Here is an odd one....does anyone know what this is off of?
It looks like a standard Württemberg helmet Wappen at first, but there are some significant differences. The center shield is round, while on the standard military version it is shaped like a Police badge with a point on the bottom and the two top corners. The standard military one, has oak leaves behind the Bandeau, this one does not. The oak leaves on the standard one breakes the motto into three pieces, this one has one continuous ribbon. And most odd, the the ribbon for the Bandeau comes down well below the motto. (?) And the horns on the stag are voided as on a private-purchase, but the crown on the lion and on the top of the Wappen are not. (?)
