Naprawiacz

Well-known member
A very difficult item to repair, especially since someone has already tried to repair it and the difficulty of repair has increased. Now you need to stay calm and do your job, because the item belongs to our dear Amy.

Sides done, working time 8h.Sewing the leather is in the same place as the original holes. Now in front of me the most difficult stage is to straighten by hand and try to eliminate the dents. The object is in such a bad condition that it is not suitable for a dummy head.

I am new to these helmets, so please forgive my ignorance! When do you determine it is better to restore a helmet or leave it alone?
Thank you for your time!

Since the shell of the helmet is too small for most wappen, Amy and I decided to get a new helmet for repair.Today I sent her a package and when she receives it, she may present the whole thing, but it is her joy and decision. I did my part and saved a piece of history.
