Here are the helmet stand details
I buy them in batches of 6 from EBay. I have used the same
person over many years. His stands are custom made to your specifications.
The stands i use are 9.5 cms high. This enough to get clearance and keep the visor and rear neck guard off the shelves and thus prevents the stitching rupturing which happens on many pickelhaubes displayed without any support. A further useful effect is that if I stuff some kitchen roll on top of the stand columns I can tilt the pickelhaubes forward by 40 degrees or so thus I can see the whole front wappen instead of looking underneath the pickelhaubes if it was displayed flat. This is very useful for displays on shelves and critical for pickelhaubes on the top shelf.
