This helmet has good and bad points.

First the metal parts are the green type or sometimes called Chemically darkened, very nice.

Shells has very good shape. No extra holes. No markings that I can see.

Missing complete liner, kokarden and chinstrap.

Visors have 1 big split in back and two smaller ones in front, that look to be period repaired in a way with stitching.

If you add a liner this helmet can be fully restored!

Dang it! I spent the money I've been saving on my US War of 1812 uniform... If I had known, I would've picked this up instead! It looks like a fun restoration project!
