Safely back to the condo so, time to post more photos:

It took two pictures to cover this display.
The infamous "22" also raised its ugly head at the SOS.
James asked me to take a close look at this.....the liner was cut out by hand so...BOGUS! Even the shape, is not quite right. Going to the SOS gives you an opportunity to talk a wide range of dealers and collectors...the story I was told was that in the 1960's Brit haberdashers had made up these filz helmes for sale. There was also a fake filz helme with the show with the usual leather trim around the edge of the helmet, I did not bother to take a pic.

Regimentals were also at the Show as usual.
