I noticed this one on Ebay....the finish is absolutely perfect! You don't often see them this nice, usually they have some rust spots. The only issue is the spike and kockades, other than that it a beauty!

The spike is from a regular infantry M15. The correct spike for an M15 Jäger zu Pferde is longer.

Coert65, you are no fool; your knowledge is unquestionable. Most of us were looking at the dark finish and not the fittings. The finish does look near perfect. At first I thought it could be black paint, but I think it is is correct. Many of us would love to have that spike for our cuirassier helmet that has the standard spike. There was discussion here a few months ago about the taller spike height for jzp.
