Kaiserabzeichen 1900 & 1901 maybe: 7. Komp. Füs.-Rgt. Nr.34 or 12. Komp. Inf.-Rgt. Nr.48
 
From what can be seen in this vintage catalog, it is that if single dates are sold, it is because there were badges without numbers so that the corresponding date could be added later.

I just updated my King's Infantry Prizes
Some double date prizes are as follows
1900-1904 old style with the second date below the badge won by
the Bavarian I R 21 / 3 Kp
1905 -1906 won by the Bavarian Leib I R / 11 Kp another old style
1907 -1908 won by the Wurttemberg I R 124 / 9 Kp
