For surgical instruments, I had the chance because there is a liquidation of the business of a forensic pathologist (Dr. Borrel, deceased) who has served as a "doktor" during the WW1 war

And the rest is on ebay and stock exchange to arms...

It is a commemorative sign of a Bavarian (medalist doubling) soldier who died of his wounds in Hospital of Gent (Belgium).
