Death of a Militaria Legend

Although not a Spiked helmet collector or Dealer, one of the founding dealers in the Militaria Hobby. LTC (Ret.) Thomas M. Johnson, 82, of Stafford County passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Mary Washington Hospital.

Mainly a Third Reich Collector and dealer, and author of over 30 books, he was the co founder of Max show and a Nice guy.

Met him a few times, and my brother and I stopped by his office many, many years ago, and he had a stunning Kinder Garde de Corps complete uniform and helmet in the window displayed.

He will be missed.
