A strange unit marking

HI,

I just got this german bugle with a strange unit marling: H.K.A.9 It has been manufactured in Berlin-Charlottenburg. Any idea?

Hoi Laurent,
I can not find anything, even Jeff Noll's book has nothing like this. Is the other marking on the bell the manufacturer's name and address?

Perhaps the property of the Haupt-Kadettenanstalt in Berlin. This was a 10 company strong establishment.

That idea actually make some sense! But they were in Lichterfeld.
