Zepplin Lz.37

Post by stuka f » Sat Apr 21, 2012 6:56 am

Not realy a service sounvenir, but just a souvenir.
Here are parts of the LZ37 who crashed near Ghent on his way back of bombing London.
It was heavly dammaged by airplane pilot John Warneford.
Parts were collected at the place of the crach by someone who framed them, with a note, back then ( at the risk of been shot!), it got to me as a anniversary gift by my cousin who found it at a house clearance.
Not the most decorative object, but I like it some how.

Sir thank you.
Great piece.
Not quite a zeppelin but you wouldn't want this falling to earth after being shot down!
