All 3 of the enlisted miters have the soldiers name tags
sewn into the liners .

That's it, time to take up model rail roading. What a great collection, but do they all fit?

When I first started collecting ever time I got something new my would ask me "does it fit?". He reasoning was, that if nothing else you could always wear it to work. :D

Very nice and I always thaught these were for the parade ground only but I recently learned that they were actually worn in battle during the first battle of Ypres.

Edwin
